In addition to syndicating your project we inspect your project during the course of construction, and will offer suggestions when appropriate.  Our asset management team also monitors the financial performance of your project and will provide you with information from the industry in general and from our specific knowledge of the operations of the projects we have financed.  While you may know what your particular operating expenses may be, it's helpful to understand how you compare to the industry in general and other projects in your region. We have found our willingness to share this information and make suggestions on management issues is a welcome resource for our developer partners, not an intrusion.
